Our NeoBand is a powerful, flexible solution which offers fair access to network resources and allows you to manage high-performance networks requiring ultra-low latency and precise bandwidth control. Ultra-low Latency

NeoBand provides ultra-low latency of 50-70ns wire-to-wire on one device, depending on the underlying transport specifics and selected operation mode. Additionally, the system may be optimized for specific use cases if needed.

Uninterrupted Packets Delivery

NeoBand delivers packets while maintaining bandwidth limits and without slicing, preserving the integrity of data. This ensures that customers' data is delivered smoothly, with no interruptions.

Flexible Delay Algorithm

NeoBand's flexible delay algorithm allows clients to send packets of any size without exceeding the port's maximum allowed bandwidth. This adaptability ensures that bandwidth constraints are respected while allowing the flexibility to handle different packet sizes.

Fair Access to Network Resources

Our EQLR (Equalized Queue Length Ranking) arbitration method ensures fair access to network resources by monitoring collisions across client ports. When a collision occurs, the system determines which port should gain “right-of-way” based on accumulated data, balancing the traffic flow across all ports fairly.

Idle-Time Bandwidth Increase

Temporarily exceed allocated bandwidth when there is unused capacity available in the network.

Short Ethernet Packet Support

Ethernet packets as short as 16 bytes are supported for granular radio bandwidth utilization.

NeoBand versions

Wireless provider edition

With the wireless provider setup, our NeoBand devices are connected via a wireless radio link. Data goes through the FPGA in both directions: muxing on the way to the radio and de-muxing on the way back.

The FPGA adds 50-70ns latency one-way (depending on radio protocol handling) and protects against traffic bleeding.

Prop trading edition

In the prop trading setup, our NeoBand devices connect either directly to the radio or via a wireless provider gateway. Client data on the way out to the radio is muxed by the FPGA, adding 50-70ns of latency depending on radio protocol handling.

Proprietary trading installations do not typically require traffic bleeding protection, allowing traffic from the wireless link to be distributed to clients through Layer 1 with a latency of under 3ns.

If traffic bleeding prevention is needed, the data can also be sent through the FPGA similarly.
