Meet the Team behind LDA Technologies

Maria Sukiasyan

COO

Maria has over 20 years of experience in the software and fintech industries. Maria has a deep knowledge of technical systems, having held various positions, including software development and project management. Since 2017, she has served as LDA’s COO, leading projects for clients. For six years before this, Maria was a software developer and product specialist at CQG, a provider of capital markets technology. At LDA, Maria has played a crucial role in overseeing the design and production of key products. This involves coordinating and supervising each step of the process from initial layout designs to working with third-party providers for builds, manufacturing, and production ensuring products are sale-ready. Maria holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science.

Vahan Sardaryan

CEO & co-founder

With a career spanning over 30 years, Vahan has extensive experience working in various fields, including information security, real-time systems, networking, and other areas of technology, providing him with in-depth knowledge of these sectors. Over the last 20 years, Vahan has focused his expertise on fintech, with 15 of those years dedicated to HFT companies and their infrastructure needs. In his current role as CEO, Vahan helps design and develop cutting-edge hardware and software solutions for LDA’s clients. Vahan holds a PhD in Applied Mathematics.

CTO & co-founder

For over two decades, Sergey has cultivated a strong background in hardware engineering, designing, developing, and maintaining complex systems across various industries. Since co-founding LDA over 13 years ago, Sergey has specialized in ultra-low latency FPGA-based platforms, spearheading the development of cutting-edge products that address the complex needs of modern computing environments. Sergey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics.
