LDA Technologies delivers the next in its series of AMD Versal Premium FPGA boards. Featuring a unique modular design, ultra-low latency SRAM, and LDA's signature quad jitter attenuators.
Featuring a customized I/O mezzanine card, the LDA Orion II enables tailored I/O configurations to meet individual customer requirements. This includes various types and number of ports, additional functionalities like L1 support, or custom ASICs provided by the customers.
Customers also have the flexibility to design and manufacture their own I/O mezzanine card according to specifications provided by LDA, should their work processes require it.
The board includes 432 MB of onboard ultra-low latency static RAM, making it perfect for high-frequency trading, high-performance computing, and various crypto applications.
LDA Orion II boards are available with VP1402, VP1502, or VP1552 FPGA chips.
Common implementations:
- High Frequency Trading: Versal VP1552 FPGA with all GTYP transceivers, optional hardwired ultra-low latency static RAM and PCIe 5.0 support.
- High Speed Connectivity: Versal VP1402 FPGA with all GTM transceivers supporting up to 9 400 Gbps Ethernet cores (see AMD product selection guide for all other options regarding 50/100/200 Gbps Ethernet support).
- High Speed Packet Processing: Versal VP1502 FPGA with mixture of GTM and GTYP transceivers supporting up to 3 400 Gbps Ethernet cores and variety of lower speed interfaces, as well as hardwired PCIe 5.0 support.
AMD Versal Premium series FPGAs are a heterogeneous compute platform engineered to help users reach the highest acceleration levels for a wide range of compute-intensive data center workloads by providing the highest compute density, custom memory hierarchy, and massive on-chip memory.
